Perrys Aylesbury Peugeot were helpful because they explained everything in a clear way and were very helpful from the moment i choose the car until i collected the car. I would definately reccomend to family and friends. Very proffessional.

I would not recommend Perrys Aylesbury Peugeot because:
- I live over 2 hours away from the site and therefore I had emailed/rung to get information about the car I had seen. The response from the site was extremely poor. If I sent a list of questions about the car I would only get one question answered and the rest ignored. I had to chase up several times to get answers.
- I requested a walkaround video several times to be sent across which took over two weeks to be sent and when it was sent it was an extremely poor quality video
- I had arranged ann appointment to travel to the site to view and purchase the car. It was pre agreed well in advance what date and time I would be travelling down due to my distance. As it was an electric car I was purchasing I specifically requested that it be charged ready for my arrival. It was not and had a flat battery. This would have resulted in me waiting 4 - 5 hours before I could leave to go home.
- The pictures on the advert did not fully reflect the state of the car
- As the vehicle was an ex motability, I was advised we would need to physically go to the post office to tax the car via the V5. As I was travelling down on a Saturday, the post office locally was closing at 12:30, so for me this was a priority and rather than getting this done first, it was insisted we had to go through all extra paperwork such as service plans, finance etc which I made explicitly clear I would not be purchasing and that I was buying the car outright so why we wouldn’t go to the post office first is beyond me. After insisting on going to the post office as I made it clear I would not be purchasing the car if I could not take it away today, we got to the post office with 3 minutes to spare.
- it has taken over a week after purchasing the car to receive the HPI certificate and I am still waiting for the paperwork to be sent across to show the service carried out by perrys on the vehicle.
The most frustrating part of my experience was the:
- lack of communication and getting answers to queries I had
- travelling over 2 hours away for the car not being charged and ready for me to take away
- leaving it till the last minute to tax the car. If this hadn’t happened it would have been a wasted day, wasted time and wasted money for me due to fuel costs etc
Even now still waiting for information after purchasing the car over two weeks ago is incredibly disappointing.
I hope these comments can be taken on and the service level improved at Perry’s because overall the site was impressive with a large selection of cars and the sales person I dealt with, Wahid, was very nice.

I'd endorse Perrys Aylesbury Peugeot because they have a really friendly and professional team, with lots of vehicle options. I was able to find something in my budget and complete quickly thanks to Paul and Callum! Highly recommend!
